When I found myself going through my own divorce (from a divorce lawyer, no less) at age 40, my world was turned upside down and I felt such overwhelming feelings of fear, anxiety, hurt, regret, shame and uncertainty. I worried about myself and my children and how/if we could come through this intact. My emotions were paralyzing me.
After my divorce, I learned first hand that divorce alone doesn’t have to negatively impact your children. CONFLICT has a far more devastating effect on your children than divorce. Certified and trained as a Conflicted Co-parenting Divorce Coach, I work carefully and closely with you to give you the tools to stay child centered throughout your divorce process and beyond. Learn effective strategies to reduce the emotional and financial cost of conflicted co-parenting.
I take a holistic approach to divorce coaching. I work with family law lawyers, mediators, therapists and other professionals to ensure that you are receiving the best, most comprehensive divorce team and services that your special circumstances require.
I can help you bridge the gap between your divorce story and your divorce strategy. What does this mean? It means that you can be an active participant in your process, ensure that you’re able to give clear instructions to your lawyer and effectively articulate and communicate your goals and objectives during every phase of your divorce process.
